ROMA: BELVISO SU MORTE CLOCHARD, A BREVE INTEGRAZIONE A PIANO FREDDO
Roma, 9 dic. - (Adnkronos) - "La morte del senza fissa dimora, avvenuta questa notte probabilmente a causa dell'abbassamento delle temperature nei pressi di Piazza Vittorio, ci addolora. Per questo, ancora una volta, continueremo a sollecitare tutti coloro che ne hanno bisogno a non rifiutare l'accoglienza degli operatori della Sala operativa sociale comunale impegnati quotidianamente sul territorio". E' quanto dichiara l'assessore alle Politiche sociali del Comune di Roma, Sveva Belviso. "E' bene ricordare - aggiunge Belviso - che grazie al piano freddo, attivo dal primo di dicembre con modalita' integrate tra settore sanitario e sociale, l'Amministrazione comunale e' in grado di ospitare ogni notte, nelle undici strutture messe a disposizione, circa 600 persone con un incremento del 65 per cento rispetto all'anno scorso. Tuttavia, per limitare al massimo il numero dei senzatetto che non riescono a chiedere aiuto, partira' a breve, con la collaborazione dei Municipi, cosi' come annunciato dal Sindaco, un'integrazione al Piano freddo che consentira' un monitoraggio costante e in tempo reale di eventuali fragilita' che spesso risultano nascoste o di difficile ricognizione". "Colgo l'occasione - conclude Belviso - per ricordare ai cittadini il numero verde '800440022' della Sala operativa sociale del Comune di Roma che rispondera' 24 ore su 24 per offrire assistenza e indirizzare alle strutture aperte dalle 19 alle 9 del mattino".
